Why start this blog?

I wanted and in some way, needed a place to memorialize my thoughts and feelings about my children.  I want them to always know how I feel without ever having to ask or question.  I need a place where I can express what is on my mind and to share my thoughts and feelings as they relate to my children.  This is my place.  This is my kids place.  This is our place.
